Social Media Platform Integration

Supported Platforms

TQSync integrates with the following social media platforms:

  • Facebook: We use Facebook Graph API to publish posts to your Facebook Pages
  • LinkedIn: We use LinkedIn Share API to publish posts to your LinkedIn profile
  • Threads: We use Meta Threads API to publish posts to your Threads account
  • Twitter/X: We use a Chrome Extension to assist with posting (no API access)

OAuth Authentication

When you connect a social media account, you are redirected to the respective platform's official OAuth authorization page. You explicitly grant TQSync permission to post content on your behalf. We never receive or store your social media passwords. Access tokens are encrypted and stored securely in our database.

Data Sharing with Social Platforms

We only share the content you explicitly choose to publish with the selected social media platforms. We do not share your personal information with social media platforms beyond what is required for OAuth authentication and content publishing.

How We Protect Your Information

  • Encryption: All OAuth tokens and sensitive data are encrypted using industry-standard encryption
  • Secure Transmission: All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • Access Controls: Strict access controls limit who can access your data
  • Regular Updates: We regularly update our security measures and dependencies
  • Token Management: Access tokens are automatically refreshed and expired tokens are removed
  • Audit Logs: We maintain detailed logs of all publishing activities

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account or disconnect a social media account, we delete associated access tokens immediately. Content and publishing history may be retained for up to 6 months for audit and support purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.

  • Delete: You can request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Disconnect: You can disconnect social media accounts at any time
